These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the SMS messaging services provided by Alcoa Chiropractic & Wellness Center (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to our SMS program you agree to receive SMS messages from us in accordance with these Terms and with The Campaign Registry (TCR) compliance standards.

Introduction

Our SMS program lets us reach you by text about your appointments and about news from the office. Taking part is entirely voluntary, and you can leave at any time. These Terms explain what you are agreeing to, what we will send you, and how to stop.

Consent and opt-in

• By opting in, you give express consent to receive SMS messages from us about appointment reminders, promotions, account updates and general office updates.
• Opting in to the SMS program is voluntary, and it is separate from any other service we provide. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to be treated or to buy anything from us.
• Consent is given by you and cannot be given on your behalf by anyone else.

How to opt in

You can opt in by ticking the SMS consent box on a form on alcoachiro.com, or by giving us your consent in person at our office at 246 N Rankin Rd, Alcoa, TN 37701.

Confirmation message

Once you opt in, the first message you receive will be:

Message frequency and types

• Message frequency varies.
• Message types may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, notifications, account updates and promotions.
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s standard rates.
• We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, and delivery depends on your carrier.

Opt-out and help

• You may leave the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message we send.
• Once you send STOP you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at info [at] alcoachiro.com or (865) 984-2001.

Opt-out message
