BIO:

I am a massage therapist that has been practicing for 15 years. I graduated from C.O.R.E., a 750 hour massage program in Knoxville. I specialize in trigger point therapy, Myofascial, Swedish and Deep tissue. After working for several years in a spa I found that I really enjoy helping people with their pain management and helping them feel better. I believe that massage therapy is a great way to promote relaxation, reduce stress and ease pain. I am passionate about helping people feel their best and reach their wellness goals. In my free time my son and I enjoy baseball and fishing.
