Meet the Doctors

Dr. Jeff Wilhoit is a native of Johnson City, Tennessee and attended East Tennessee State University. Upon completion he moved to Marietta, Georgia to attend Life Chiropractic College. He began his career in Kingsport and then relocated to the Maryville area in 1990. Because of the growth of his patient base, Village Chiropractic Center moved to our new larger office in April of 2006. The name was changed to Alcoa Chiropractic Center because of the new location. Dr. Wilhoit was also invited to treat Olympic decathletes while they were in training and has received hundreds of hours of continued education. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Tennessee Chiropractic Association and Tennessee Valley Chiropractic Association.  Outside of the office Dr. Wilhoit enjoys working on his farm, taking care of his bird dogs, hunting and spending time with his wife Pat.

Dr. Todd Steffensmeier is a third generation graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. After Graduation he returned to Wyoming to practice until April of 2007. Looking for a milder climate and to be close to mountains, rivers, and lakes Dr. Steffensmeier moved to Blount County. He is a member of the Tennessee Chiropractic Association, Delta Sigma Chi International Chiropractic Fraternity, American Legion and a Life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Dr. Steffensmeier and his wife Erin enjoy white water rafting, camping, fishing and competitive shooting.
